Adam’s journey into technology began in the era of 8088 processors, where his curiosity and willingness to tinker (even accidentally formatting his first hard drive) sparked a lifelong fascination with computers and networks. Although formal degrees in networking didn’t exist at the time, Adam pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Akron. Yet, it was clear his true interests lay in the rapidly evolving world of IT. After a brief stint in engineering, Adam transitioned into teaching Microsoft courses, covering foundational platforms like Windows 95 and NT 3.51, which opened doors to software and hardware consulting roles and deepened his expertise in network infrastructure.

By 2004, Adam made the leap to full-time entrepreneurship, founding his own consulting business, which would eventually become Techspert Data Services, LLC. Over the years, he cultivated long-term relationships with clients, prioritizing trust, plain communication, and a commitment to solving real business problems without resorting to “geek speak.” As the company grew, Adam assembled a dedicated team of full-time and part-time professionals, focusing on developing both technical skills and customer-facing abilities, a rare combination in the IT industry.

Today, Techspert Data Services specializes in comprehensive IT outsourcing, with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity and disaster recovery. Adam’s leadership has yielded a remarkable track record, with zero client breaches to date, thanks to rigorous security protocols and a proactive approach to risk management. Beyond his professional achievements, Adam is a family man with a wife, two children, and a recently adopted stray cat.
